Ingredients:
250g plain yoghurt
1 medium cucumber
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped dill
2 teaspoons lemon juice
savoury cracker biscuits to serve
salt to taste

Drain yoghurt by placing in a muslin-lined strainer over a bowl for at least an hour.

Wash and grate the cucumber and drain as above.

Combine yoghurt, cucumber and garlic and gradually beat in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients.

Chill and serve with savoury cracker biscuits.
