BANANA CINNAMON CUP

Serves: 4     Est. Time: 5 mins     Difficulty: One Star


Handy Hints:

  • This drink's character may be altered by substituting ground ginger in place of the cinnamon.

Ingredients:

    3 cups skim milk
    1½ tablespoons fruit juice concentrate
    3 small bananas
    2 teaspoons pure vanilla essence
    2 pinches cinnamon
    10 icecubes

Directions:

1   Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thick and thoroughly combined.
2   Pour into 4 glasses and dust with nutmeg. Sip slowly; preferably divide the drink into 2 parts and drink ½ hour apart.
