SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

Serves: 4     Est. Time: 45 mins     Difficulty: One Star


Handy Hints:

  • Be careful not to over-cook or over-saturate spaghetti. A quick boil while sauce is simmering is ideal.

Ingredients:

    2 onions, chopped
    500g pork, beef or chicken mince
    2 tablespoons of oil
    1x600g jar of your favorite pasta sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 teaspoon drief oregano
    375g spaghetti, cooked

Directions:

1   Cook onions and mince in hot oil, drain oil.
2   Add pasta sauce, water and oregano. Cover and simmer for 30 mins.
3   Mix through hot, drained spaghetti.
